Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

1. Our Commitment

At ponys.ai, we are committed to operating our platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, child exploitation, coercion, or any other form of abuse facilitated through our platform, services, users, partners, or payment activities.

We strictly prohibit the use of ponys.ai for any activity to:

• Human trafficking

• Sex trafficking

• Forced labor

• Exploitation of minors

• Coercion, abuse, or threats

• Non-consensual sexual exploitation

• Grooming or solicitation of vulnerable individuals

• Any illegal commercial sexual activity

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

• All users of ponys.ai

• All employees, contractors, and representatives

• All business partners, affiliates, agencies, vendors, and service providers

• Any person or entity using our platform, products, or payment systems

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users and partners may not use ponys.ai to:

• Promote, facilitate, advertise, or profit from human trafficking or exploitation

• Recruit, transport, harbor, control, or exploit any person through force, fraud, coercion, or abuse

• Involve minors in any sexualized, exploitative, or inappropriate content or conduct

• Use the platform to arrange offline exploitative services or illegal encounters

• Share, request, promote, or monetize content that depicts or encourages trafficking, coercion, abuse, or exploitation

• Misrepresent identity, age, consent, or authority in a way that facilitates exploitation

• Use payments, subscriptions, tips, or any financial feature to support prohibited activity

4. Age Restrictions and Protection of Minors

ponys.ai is intended only for adults in accordance with our Terms of Service. We do not permit minors to use restricted areas of the platform or to be depicted, referenced, or engaged in any exploitative, sexualized, or otherwise inappropriate context.

We prohibit:

• Any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative scenarios

• Any attempt to sexualize, exploit, groom, or solicit minors

• Any false representation of age

• Any evasion of age-gating or safety controls

5. Monitoring, Detection, and Enforcement

We take reasonable measures to detect and prevent prohibited conduct, including:

• Platform moderation and safety review processes

• User reporting and complaint channels

• Review of suspicious activity, accounts, transactions, or content

• Restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of accounts that violate this policy

• Refusal or reversal of payments where legally permitted and operationally appropriate

• Escalation of serious cases to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, or other competent authorities where required

6. Reporting Violations

If any user, partner, or third party becomes aware of conduct that may violate this policy, they should report it immediately to:

Reports may include suspected trafficking, coercion, exploitation, underage involvement, or any related abusive conduct. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action based on the severity and credibility of the information provided.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Where appropriate or legally required, ponys.ai will cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and payment processors in connection with investigations into suspected human trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

8. Partner and Vendor Expectations

We expect all partners, contractors, service providers, and affiliates to comply with all applicable anti-trafficking, child safety, and exploitation laws and standards. We may suspend or terminate relationships with any party that is found to support, facilitate, ignore, or fail to address prohibited conduct.

9. Policy Violations

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Content removal

• Account restriction or termination

• Transaction review or cancellation

• Reporting to relevant authorities

• Permanent ban from the platform

• Contract termination for business partners or vendors
